Warranty conditions
All products are under the warranty of the manufacturers unless stated otherwise. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, be sure to check the product during cargo delivery. If you see any damage, do not accept the product by making a report and taking a photo of it. Changes made to the product, deformation of the product, or damage to the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.
Product Return Conditions
If the product you purchased through our site turns out to be faulty, you can send an e-mail to www.mebhas.com with your return request within 14 business days from the delivery date or call 0 (850) 441 88 18. In terms of product return and replacement conditions, practices in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 are essential.
The products are sent in their original packaging, in a sealed cargo box and in a way that is not visible from the outside.
Returns of opened and used products and products that are damaged, broken, destroyed, torn, etc. are not accepted.
Actual colors and color tones of the products may vary in computer environment. For these reasons, the product cannot be considered as defective or defective goods, and our company does not accept responsibility for these reasons.
In the return process, we must first be notified. Products returned without prior notification to us will not be accepted. You can request a refund, cancellation or exchange by sending us an e-mail containing the product invoice you received with the product, order number, customer name and surname, reason for cancellation/return and product photo. After the review, the Customer Services Representative will inform you about the process.
User information collected through this site (e-mail, name, surname, date of birth, billing address, delivery address, etc.) will not be shared with third parties in any way.
